SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free standard shipping within Canada when you spend $40, shipping charges will apply for orders less than $40. At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.
Twinings uses a third party shipping service provider to ship its products. Any damages caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. The custumer is responsible for contacting and dealing with the shipping company if any such damage occurs through the transportation. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you at the moment the product that you have purchased is transferred to the third party shipping service provider.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee the product(s) are packaged and delivered intact, unworn and in original purchased condition (with all tags still attached). If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between the seller and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply.
All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.
DELIVERY TIMES
Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed. Note: We do not process orders of Canadian Statutory holidays or Ontario provincial holidays.
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. After your order is processed, the shipment can take anywhere between 7-21 days for delivery.
The estimated time of the arrival of your product should be considered as an estimate only, and Twinings will not be responsible for any damages due to delays in shipping.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ORDER I RECEIVED IS INCORRECT?
If the order received is incorrect, please contact us at email or number below. Please include your order number and a description of the reason for the return. We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within thirty (30) days of receipt of the purchased merchandise. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
